We started in 2012 , before influencer marketing had a name. Here's what we've learned.
Most agencies build only the service layer. We built all three, because we understood early that service without systems doesn't scale.
What clients experience
Responsive account management, careful creator relationships, clear communication, and results you can measure.
What makes it consistent
Documented, repeatable systems for every step: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, contracting, execution, review, payment.
What makes it scalable
Proprietary software built over ten years. AI-assisted creator qualification, algorithmic rate optimisation, and streamlined review and payment workflows.
In 2012, we quit our advertising jobs and founded Makrwatch. We'd seen what was beginning to happen with online creators, real people building real audiences around their passions, and we believed it would become one of the most important shifts in media and marketing. Most people weren't calling it the creator economy yet. We started building for it anyway.
In 2015, we went through Y Combinator. It sharpened how we thought about the product, the systems, and the scale of what we were trying to build.
What we discovered surprised us. We weren't in the advertising business, we were in the logistics business. Moving products, content, contracts, and payments between creators and brands across the world, coordinating dozens of moving parts on every campaign. That insight changed everything.
We invested in technology and process from the beginning. While most agencies focused on the service layer, we built underneath it, systems that made it possible to manage thousands of sponsorships at once without losing the quality or care that makes them work.

We've never had an office. From the beginning, we believed the best people for this work were spread across the world, and that a remote, distributed team wasn't a compromise, it was an advantage.
Our team spans the USA, Colombia, Nigeria, Spain, Croatia, Brazil, and beyond. That geographic spread isn't incidental, it's part of how we understand creators and brands across different markets, cultures, and content ecosystems.

Thousands of creators who earned reliable income from their content, many of them for the first time.
From early-stage startups to global household names. Across consumer goods, software, education, finance, and more.
Every one required sourcing, negotiation, contracting, delivery, and payment. The operational scale took years to build.
We find, contract and pay the right creators wherever they are.
Across every major content niche, from channels with thousands of subscribers to creators with millions.
A decade of continuous investment in systems that other agencies haven't built. That gap compounds every year.
The arrival of AI changes what's possible, and we've been building toward this moment for years. The systems we've built are exactly the kind that AI accelerates most: pattern recognition at scale, rate optimisation, creator qualification, workflow automation.
What that means in practice: our team spends less time on the repetitive work that every programme requires, and more time on the strategic decisions that actually move the needle. We're more excited about the next ten years than we've ever been.
Whether you create content or fund it, there's a place for you here.
